Please allow 3-7 business days for your item to arrive. In most cases we send items out either USPS First Class or Priority. Allow for extra time during the holiday season.  

For international orders please contact us at info@aure.co for the full range of choices. You can chose between International First Class(no insurance) or International Priority(includes insurance) I highly recommend international priority shipping. NOTE: International buyers- It is your responsibility to pay custom charges or responsible for delayed packages held up in customs. I have no control over this and do not have the option to pay it.

AURE is not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen items once they have been shipped.

If you are not happy with the solution provided, please return the item within 7 days of purchase for a full refund (refund is for purchase price and sales tax; shipping and handling are not included).

Refunds are based on a case by case evaluation on custom items. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we may not accept returns.
